The “Stir Fry” sounds complicated…LIES!
I was lucky enough to receive a wok as a gift a while ago, and literally use the shit out of it. Its a great, fast way to cook a meal. Invest in one ASAP! Seriously!

Here’s a great way to stir fry up some veggies:
*if wok-less then a regular non-stick skillet would be best*
Heat your wok on medium-high heat. Add in one table spoon of Sesame Oil (or any oil your prefer) and a mixture of your favorite veggies (cut into roughly the same size).
*I used Cauliflower, Carrots, Broccoli, Zucchini and Red Onions*
After cooking for about 7min, add in 1/2 cup of Chicken Broth, 2 tablespoons of Soy Sauce, a tablespoon of Honey and a squeeze of fresh Lime Juice. For some heat add in as much Crushed Red Pepper Flakes as needed. Bring to a boil for about 3min, or until sauce has thickened.
You can serve it over rice or its DELICIOUS just as is.
Enjoy!
